The customer who places an ad on Nursing Positions and the publisher (New Technology Press) agree that:

1. The customer submits to the publisher only ads that do not contain false or illegal information.

2. The publisher may decline to publish a submited ad which in the publisher's sole judgement is not appropriate. The publisher may edit submitted ads to make it conform with Nursing Position's style.

3. The publisher will seek to represent ads accurately, but cannot be responsible for any damage caused by errors.

4. Nursing Positions publishes information supplied by advertisers. The customer needs to contact the advertiser for further information, not the publisher.

5. Nursing Positions is an information-only service. It cannot be responsible for any damage caused by information disseminated through Nursing Positions.

6. The customer is responsible for making payment for all ads that have been published. The publisher is responsible for making refunds for unpublished ads (if prepayment has been made).
